Coaching har blivit mycket av ett slagord inom företagsvärlden och olika konsultfirmor. Men vad innebär det konkret för individer och organisationer? Denna studie kommer att behandla coaching utförd av en ledare. Därav kommer både ett öppet och modernt ledarskap som coaching kräver behandlas, samt huvudämnet coaching.Bakgrunden till studien är främst att allt för många ledare idag fortfarande rekryteras med auktoritär ledarskapsstil som inte prioriterar utveckling av de anställda, samt att coaching som definition ibland misstolkas. Så syftet är att behandla dessa frågor och diskutera kring frågeställningarna: Vad är coaching? Vilken betydelse har coaching? Metoden som tillämpas i denna uppsats är en kvalitativ studie med fyra representanter från Brynäs IF hockey A-lag, tränaren Niklas Czarnecki, assisterande tränare Tommy Jonsson, spelarna Ove Molin och Emil Sandin presenterar deras verklighet omkring ledarskap och coaching..

Syfte:Mitt syfte med denna uppsats är att ta reda på hur Pippi Långstrump, Tommy samt Annika framställs i dessa två filmer genom en jämförelse mellan de tecknade respektive otecknade karaktärerna.Detta syfte tänker jag uppfylla genom följande frågeställningar:Vilken bild ges av Pippi Långstrump i livefilmen jämfört med den nyare tecknade versionen? Vilka skillnader och likheter finns det? Stämmer den tecknade Pippi-bilden bättre överens med dagens barnkultur?Hur karaktäriseras rollerna Tommy och Annika i respektive film? Vilka skillnader och likheter finns det?Finns det slutligen någonting som man har lagt till respektive tagit bort från liveversionen i den tecknade versionen när det gäller äventyr som Pippi hamnar i? I så fall vad/vilka?Metod:Jag har i denna uppsats använt mig av en kvalitativ metod. Syftet med en kvalitativ metod är att få en djupare kunskap än den som ges med kvantitativa metoder. Det finns dock en mängd olika former av kvalitativ metod och det är vanligt att man som forskare gör egna tillämpningar och tolkningar av metoden. Jag har gjort en jämförande film- och innehållsanalys av filmerna Pippi Långstrump flyttar in som liveversion respektive tecknad version.

Results The text analysis showed that out of the ordinary descriptions of quality of life, the author found four new themes. These themes where; the meaning of solidarity, confidence, activity and meaningfulness in the existence. Conclusion Quality of life is an important word, which means different to different kind of people.

Do youths know what life values their parents have? Does this knowledge have a connection with the youth?s attachment to their parents? Do the youth?s life values differ from their parents? And could the youth?s life values affect how they estimate their parent?s life values? To answer these questions data from a survey were used. The respondents were 13-15 years old youths and their parents. The results show that youths do not know what life values their parents have, irrespective of if the attachment to them is good or bad. The results also show that the youth?s own life values to a high extend affect how they estimate their parent?s life values.

Lot?s of reasons are showing that outdoor life has a positive influence on the general publics health and studies are confirming this theory. On the other hand there are a few amount of Swedish science project?s regarding outdoor life. The aim of this study was to examine how people feel that their health influences by outdoor life.

The aim of this qualitative study was to investigate perceived Quality of Life in persons with Multiple Sclerosis and to get knowledge if physical therapy changes a person?s quality of life. AbstractThe aim of this review was to describe how quality of life is experienced among patients with diabetes type 2. Literature search was made in Medline and the keywords used were ?diabetes mellitus type 2? and ?quality of life?. Twenty studies were examined and categorized into four sections: Quality of life during complications due to diabetes type 2, quality of life during various treatments, quality of life during depression and quality of life and aspects in relation to the individual as well as social aspects. Abstract This is a qualitative study of elderly people's experiences of loneliness and quality of life. Also the relationship between loneliness and quality of life are examined. Previous research has shown that social loneliness is about when the social context are lost while emotional loneliness can occur with the loss of close relationships. Quality of life is about a sense of connection but also the quality of life arises in the difference between the expectation of what one is and what one wishes to have. This study has shown that the interviewees preferences, activities, social networks and low expectations on their life situation makes interviewees perceive themselves to be less lonely and have a good quality of life.

Under tio veckor har jag arbetat med skapandet av kollektionen Blandband. Utgångspunkten var ränder och lura ögat. Jag ville undersöka vad som utgör en rand och hur en tredimensionell rand ser ut. Redan i början av arbetet satte jag en färgskala bestående av dels kulörta, starka färger och dels två nyanser av grått samt svart och vitt. Jag angrep arbetet med hjälp av en designmetod bestående av fem faser: Målsättning och research, Idéutveckling, Konceptutveckling, Realisering, Presentation och kommunikation.
